Shipping Policy
1. Order Processing
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation and payment. Processing may take longer during sales, exhibitions, festivals, holidays or periods of high demand.
2. Delivery Time
After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days depending on the destination and courier service. Remote locations may require additional time. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
3. Shipping Charges
Orders with a cart value of Rs.499 or less attract a shipping charge of Rs. 99. Orders with a cart value of Rs. 500 or above qualify for free shipping. Applicable charges are displayed at checkout before the order is placed.
4. Tracking
Once the order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through the contact details provided by the customer. Customers should keep their mobile number accessible for delivery-related communication.
5. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, pincode and contact number. RA CharmsTM is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
6. Delivery Attempts
Delivery is subject to the courier's process and recipient availability. Repeated failed delivery attempts may result in the parcel being returned to RA CharmsTM. Customer-initiated refusal of a COD parcel may be treated as a return to sender and may result in applicable actual return/logistics costs being adjusted from any refund otherwise due.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If a shipment is delayed, lost or affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, RA CharmsTM will coordinate with the relevant courier/logistics provider to resolve the issue.
8. Damaged Package at Delivery
If the outer package appears damaged or tampered with at delivery, the customer should, where possible, document the package condition and contact RA CharmsTM Customer Care promptly.
9. COD
COD availability and any applicable COD conditions will be displayed at checkout. Customers accepting COD orders are expected to accept delivery unless there is a legitimate product-related issue.
