1. About RA Charms
RA CharmsTM is an online jewellery brand offering jewellery and related products through its website.
2. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to ensure product photographs, descriptions, colours, sizes and other information are accurate. Slight variations may occur due to lighting, photography and screen settings.
3. Product Prices
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (Rs.). Applicable taxes and shipping charges, where applicable, are shown at checkout. Prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice, except as required by law.
4. Orders
Placing an order is a request to purchase selected products. An order is accepted/confirmed once payment is successfully received and the order is confirmed by RA CharmsTM. We may cancel orders for product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or other legitimate reasons.
5. Payments
Payments are processed through authorised payment gateway/service providers. RA CharmsTM does not store customers' complete card or banking credentials.
6. Shipping
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery generally takes 3–7 business days, depending on destination and courier service. Orders of Rs. 499 or less attract Rs. 99 shipping; orders of Rs,500 or above qualify for free shipping.
7. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds
Customers may request cancellation before fulfilment/dispatch, subject to the cancellation option available. After dispatch, standard cancellation may no longer be available. For customer-initiated COD refusal or post-dispatch cancellation, RA CharmsTM may adjust actual, reasonable and applicable return/logistics costs from any refund otherwise due, where legally permissible. No such charge will apply to an approved wrong, damaged or defective product claim attributable to RA CharmsTM.
8. Returns & Unboxing Evidence
For a product that is damaged, defective, broken, incorrect or materially different from the product ordered, the customer must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video starting from the sealed package and clearly showing the package condition, opening and product received. The video should be shared with RA CharmsTM for verification before a return, replacement or refund is approved. Claims without adequate evidence may require further verification and may not qualify for return, replacement or refund. This requirement does not limit rights available under applicable consumer law.
9. Change of Mind
If a customer simply does not like the product after receiving it, return eligibility depends on the applicable return conditions displayed on the website/product page. Where a return is accepted, the product must be unused, unworn and in original condition and packaging. Applicable return/logistics costs may be borne by the customer.
10. Website Content
Website content including photographs, product names, descriptions, graphics and logos is owned by or licensed to RA CharmsTM unless otherwise stated. Unauthorised copying or commercial use is prohibited.
